Islam was founded by Muhammed (570-632CE), whose followers compiled a book of his teachings, the Koran (Qu'ran), comprised of 114 Suras that are organized from biggest to smallest. Also, the Hadiths are collections of sayings attributed to Muhammed, and Islam also contains many cultural aspects which are not directly derived from their texts. They are a monotheistic religion who believe that adherence to the rules stated by Muhammed is the correct way to submit to god. It is the second largest religion in the world. Religion stats by Vexen.
Sometimes spelt "Djin", "Jinn" or even "Genies", these are the demons of Islam.

When Satan raised a challenge against God before the creation of the Universe, the Jinn are those angels who believed that Satan was correct in his challege. They were not "cast down" for any immorality or action, but for their understable questioning of the status quo laid down by God, which they felt was not entirely correct. A personification of submission, stupidity and closed mindedness, Allah represents the worst aspects of Human nature. Complete mindless submission ("Islam literally means 'submission') is anti-Human in its outlook.
The Jinn, representing the unsubdued aspects of nature and man, represent truth, something that I believe Satanism stands for, along with power as the two go hand in hand. By attempting to seperate themselves and rejecting the Jinn, Muslim theology is imbalanced in some of the same ways that any other white light reilgion is. It is more correct, more human, more honest and morally superior to accept and embrace all of humanity and nature, including the parts of ourselves that mainstream religion would otherwise use to bestow us with dehabilitating guilt complexes.
Islam is a monotheistic religion centered on the belief that the Human Species were created with the sole purpose of worshipping Allah, the Islamic supreme God. A Muslim must always seek to worship the creator, and not the creation, therefore worshipping Allah, and not the material world. This abstraction is seen as good, whereas the worship of material things is the utmost evil.
The Islamic Shaitan (or Shaytan) is a being that promotes the non-existence or irrelevance of Allah, and one who worships itsself (as the only true existential object) instead of any white light god.. The Church of Satan KALAM is a religion of self worship and it is named to reflect that fact. The highest opposition to Allah is Satan, where a Satanist worships and self and denies Allah the respect or time of day.

Islam is heavily against individuality and many other of the things that Satanism stands for, and is in doctrine even more of a polar opposite to Satanism than Christianity is.
